Latest project for 2025

Here's a photo of my easel setup, showcasing a watercolor portrait of my grand daughter. This painting was created as a gift for my daughter. Using my large and slightly modified, PaintBook from EdgeProGear.com along with Pure Red Sable watercolor brushes from RoseMaryandCo.com, a 16” x 20” Fredrix Cotton Canvas Panel from, www.ArtSupplyWarehouse.com. Prior to any watercolor painting, I apply a couple of layers of Golden’s Absorbent Ground (White Acrylic Primer for water media) onto the canvas panel to guarantee the pigments adhesion. I’m a huge fan of Winsor Newton Professional Series 1 Watercolors, as well as Daniel Smith’s Extra Fine Watercolors and I recently have enjoyed using Horadam Aquarell Waterscolors by Schmincke. Exhibit Announcement For January 2020

I am very excited and happy to announce that I just delivered several paintings for the upcoming exhibit at the brand new Art Fusion Gallery, located at 106 Central Ave., in The Waterfront Arts District of downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Exhibit begins Jan 2nd throughout the last day of the month. The gallery reception is on the 11th of January from 6-10 PM.
